We originally developed My Showing Log for our real estate office. It is a useful tool, not just for the office, but for the individual real estate agent as well.

 

My Showing Log has expanded our office beyond its physical boundaries. Information that was once managed exclusively by the front desk or floor person can be made available to any agent with an internet connection.

 

In fact, any agent in your office with permission can enter a note or showing at any time and other agents or administrators will see it in real time.

Frank has a client who calls him after every showing wanting feedback. Frank doesn't always get feedback and sometimes the feedback is not what the homeowner wants to hear. Not a problem, because each real estate agent who shows Frank's listings gets an email that links to a simple form requesting feedback. Frank can view all of the feedback and showings that relate to his listings and include the information in his next call or email to his customer. Even better, the feedback is in the actual words of the showing agents, so Frank's energetic customer is less likely to shoot the messenger if the message is not exactly what she would like to hear.

 

Frank likes to call the agents after showings when he has time. He can type a note in the feedback section that will be included with any on-line feedback.

 

Becky is always showing our listings . We are not tired of typing in Becky's information over and over. My Showing Log displays the last twenty showing agents and remembers all of the rest. Simply click on the name and the information is entered automatically. Otherwise, type part of a name, a first name or a last name or the agent number and choose from a list of matching agents.

My Showing Log constantly updates its agent list with the RMLS roster so that you have the best, most upto date agent information available with just a click of the mouse.

 

Barb has given us her cell phone number about a dozen times. We know it now. We got smart and noted Barb's cell phone number in the agent section of My Showing Log. Barb's number is available when we set up a showing.

 

Bill's not a member of our MLS , but he sometimes shows our listings so we entered him in our system.

Valeree had a problem closing , she hardly thought of anything else during the two weeks of trying to hold things together. Valeree also had a great listing that was about to expire. Because of her distraction, she could have lost the listing.

Valeree saw a reminder notice that her listing would expire in two weeks in My Showing Log but she set it aside. Thankfully, Amy, the office administrator saw the same notice and reminded Valeree to renew the listing with time to spare.

 

 

On Saturday evening Mary Ann's client accepted an offer . Mary Ann noted in My Showing Log that the property was off the market. At the same time Colleen was setting up showings for a client on Sunday. Colleen logged in to set up a showing and saw Mary Ann's note. Colleen was able to plan her day according to that information.

 

This weekend John is responsible for checking messages at the office after hours. He needs to respond to showing requests by other companies. John happens to be at the lake. No problem because he has an internet connection.
My Showing Log allows him to log in and view contact information and names for setting up showings. No one would ever know he wasn't at the office except for the sound in the background of water lapping on the boat.
